“I don't know where to start.”
Writing specs, comparing, negotiating: without procurement expertise, requesters settle for the default. The result: overspend and frustration.
GoodbAi turns purchasing into a simple conversation.
Describe what you need in plain language — a one-off order or a full tender. GoodbAi handles sourcing, comparison, negotiation, ordering, tracking and delivery. The decisions that matter stay in your hands.
Illustrative demo — fictitious products and providers.

Procurement tools were built for experts. Everyone else improvises — between emails, spreadsheets and follow-ups — and indirect spend slips out of control.
Writing specs, comparing, negotiating: without procurement expertise, requesters settle for the default. The result: overspend and frustration.
Procure-to-pay suites are built for expert procurement teams: long set-up, low adoption, uncertain ROI for a mid-sized company.
Hundreds of small suppliers, a modest share of spend, yet most of the procurement workload. Nobody really owns these class C purchases.
From need to delivery: several tools, several departments, several contacts. Accountability dissolves while the requester waits.

One need, one conversation, one delivery. Follow a purchase end to end: the request, sourcing, approval, order, delivery and invoice.
Illustrative animation. Lead times, amounts and suppliers are fictitious.
See GoodbAi on your categories90% of the operational workload handled by GoodbAi. The 10% that needs judgement comes back to you, at the right time and with the right context.
From request to delivery. Conversational, end to end.
Transparent by design: every recommendation and every fee is disclosed.
GoodbAi buys in its own name, on your behalf. You onboard it once, your teams reach every catalogue, and your invoices come from a single issuer.
GoodbAi becomes a single supplier in your tools. Your teams reach every catalogue through the platform.
A chat request becomes an order or a full tender.
Once you approve, GoodbAi buys in its own name, on your behalf, from your suppliers or its partners.
Shipped directly by the supplier, or consolidated through a partner logistics hub when an order spans several suppliers or sites.
GoodbAi invoices you, with fees itemised, and pays the suppliers. Goods receipt and service sign-off stay with you.
Your procurement policy decides. Preferred suppliers to improve framework contract coverage, best price, country of origin: offers are ranked by your rules, best price by default, never by rebate.
From request to payment, every building block a procurement function needs — without a six-month set-up or training.
Your teams write the way they talk. GoodbAi understands the need, asks what's missing and picks the right route: catalogue order, off-catalogue purchase or tender. Minutes for a simple order, a full cycle for a tender, from spec to signed contract.
Offers are ranked by your procurement policy — preferred suppliers, price, lead time, country of origin, compliance, CSR — and every recommendation is explained.
Rules by amount and category, delegations, approval from the tools your teams already use. The shortest cycle, fully aligned with your processes.
Rule: > €5,000 excl. VAT or IT category → CFO approval
GoodbAi drafts the specs, consults several suppliers in parallel, compares the answers and supports you in negotiation. Sensitive contract clauses are flagged before signature.
Purchase orders issued after approval, status tracking and automatic reminders. Shipped directly by the supplier, or consolidated through a partner logistics hub for multi-supplier or multi-site orders.
Order, receipt and invoice are matched automatically. Discrepancies are flagged before payment.
A light profile to be consulted, full checks at award, with legal compliance checks handled by GoodbAi. You don't slow sourcing down, and you don't compromise on compliance.
Your CFO sees every euro of indirect spend: commitments, budgets, categories, suppliers. In real time, with no manual consolidation.
On request, GoodbAi highlights partner disability-inclusive enterprises and sheltered workshops able to meet your needs. The corresponding amounts are tracked for your CSR reporting.
CSR impact you can put a number on.
Large enterprises: GoodbAi acts as an orchestration layer on top of your tools, open through API and MCP. Mid-market companies and SMEs: it's ready to use, with no integration project.
Mid-market companies and SMEs that want a complete procurement service without building a team, and procurement departments that finally want to tackle their Tail Spend.
No more forms or catalogues to dig through. Track your request without chasing anyone.
Focus on strategic categories and key suppliers. GoodbAi handles the rest.
Approved commitments, matched invoices, budgets tracked in real time. And a complete audit trail.

No. GoodbAi is designed for requesters with no procurement expertise. If you do have a procurement team, it can focus on strategic topics while GoodbAi handles the operational work.
Indirect purchases: supplies, packaging, IT, furniture, protective equipment, facilities, professional services… As catalogue orders, off-catalogue purchases or tenders.
You do. GoodbAi recommends and explains its recommendations; no order or contract is committed without the approval of an authorised person, following your approval workflows.
Yes. Your suppliers are brought into GoodbAi from day one and your procurement policy sets their priority. Alongside them, we onboard category leaders. If we get a better price than your framework agreement, it's shown as outside the agreement: the decision is yours.
Access to the platform is free, with no subscription or licence. GoodbAi earns in two ways: a 4% service fee on every purchase, with volume-based rates for large accounts, and rebates granted by partner suppliers. Everything is disclosed; rebates never change how offers are ranked.
GoodbAi buys in its own name, on your behalf. You onboard it once, you only receive invoices from GoodbAi, with fees itemised, and GoodbAi pays the suppliers. Goods receipt and service sign-off stay with you.
Since 1 September 2026, all companies in France must be able to receive e-invoices; issuing them is mandatory for large and mid-sized companies, and will be for SMEs from 1 September 2027. Through GoodbAi, your Tail Spend purchases have a single issuer: fewer flows to set up and check.
