No. Offers are ranked on the customer's criteria: price, lead time, compliance, CSR. Visibility can't be bought — which is what makes the ranking credible for customers, and fair for you.
Each invoice is automatically matched to the order and goods receipt. You track its status in real time from your supplier space.
Each new customer's suppliers are brought into GoodbAi from day one. You keep serving its needs, from a single interface.

GoodbAi compares both documents clause by clause and flags what's aligned, what to negotiate and what to watch. It's a decision aid, not legal advice: negotiation and signature stay in your hands.
No, but it's strongly recommended: CSR is among the selection criteria of many customers. The questionnaire is aligned with the VSME standard and you fill it in once for all your customers.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. These terms apply exclusively between professionals (Articles L441-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code).
These terms of sale govern a professional customer's (the "Customer") access to the GoodbAi Platform services. They prevail over the Customer's purchasing terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. An order form or specific agreement may supplement them and prevails in case of conflict.
GoodbAi provides an AI-assisted procurement service: needs qualification, supplier sourcing and comparison, tenders, approval workflows, order issuing and tracking, invoice matching and spend analytics. The scope may be specified in an order form or specific agreement.
Under the terms set out in the order form, GoodbAi may act as an intermediary or as a purchasing agent (commissionnaire) on the Customer's behalf. [Terms to be validated by counsel]
Access to the Platform is free, with no subscription or licence. GoodbAi is paid solely on usage, under the conditions of Article 4.
Prices are in euros excluding tax; applicable VAT is added. GoodbAi's remuneration comprises:
Any delivery or specific integration costs are disclosed to the Customer before any commitment. [Article to be validated by counsel]
Invoices are issued by GoodbAi and payable within [term to be confirmed: 45 days end of month envisaged], by card or bank transfer. In accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment automatically incurs penalties at the European Central Bank's most recent refinancing rate plus 10 percentage points, together with a fixed recovery fee of €40. No discount is granted for early payment.
Access to the Platform has no minimum term. Either party may end it at any time [notice period to be specified]; orders already approved are performed through to completion and remain payable. In the event of a serious breach not remedied within 30 days of formal notice, either party may terminate. At the end of the contract, the Customer may export its data for 30 days.
The Customer defines its approval workflows, designates the people authorised to commit spend and checks the information it provides. The Customer remains the sole decision-maker for approved purchases.
GoodbAi uses reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability. A service level agreement may be provided in a specific agreement.
GoodbAi is bound by an obligation of means. It is not liable for the performance of services and deliveries by suppliers selected by the Customer, subject to any specific commitments in the order form. Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, GoodbAi's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer over the previous twelve months. [Article to be reviewed in light of purchasing on the Customer's account]
The parties undertake to keep exchanged information confidential. Personal data processed on the Customer's behalf is covered by a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
Neither party is liable for a failure resulting from force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their formation, performance or interpretation falls, failing amicable settlement, within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [city of registered office].

GoodbAi is committed to making its Site accessible to as many people as possible, based on the French accessibility framework (RGAA 4.1) and WCAG 2.1 level AA.
The Site has not yet been audited. It is therefore not compliant in the regulatory sense for now, but it has been built with the following practices:
If you cannot access a piece of content or a service, write to us at hello@goodbai.io and we will provide an accessible alternative.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the French Defender of Rights (www.defenseurdesdroits.fr).
Collect the orders. Avoid the walls… and your own queue.
Every order you collect makes the queue longer. Yellow coins are worth 5 orders.
